These terms apply to work carried out by SOS Drain Cleaning (ABN 85 684 361 000), operated by Aaron, a licensed Victorian plumber (Licence No. 53182). By booking a callout or accepting a quote, you agree to the terms below.
We provide pricing before work begins wherever practical. The final price depends on the nature of the blockage, site access, the equipment required, and whether a CCTV inspection or follow-up repairs are needed. Any change to scope once work is underway will be discussed with you before proceeding.
We aim to identify the underlying cause of a blockage, not just clear the immediate symptom, and will explain our findings and recommended repair options clearly. Some issues (for example, significant pipe damage, tree-root intrusion, or ageing infrastructure) may require follow-up work beyond an initial callout, which will be quoted separately.
You agree to provide reasonable access to the work area. Where underground services, irrigation, or landscaping may be affected by necessary digging or equipment use, this will be discussed with you in advance where practical.
Payment is due on completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We ask for as much notice as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel a booked callout, so we can offer the time to another customer, particularly during busy or emergency periods.
We carry out all work in line with relevant Victorian plumbing regulations and industry standards. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law, which cannot be excluded.
